Hello. My name is Andi McKay, thanks for taking the time out of what I am sure is a busy day for you!! Well, I was born in Los Angeles, California and moved to a small town in Michigan (Gladwin) while I was in grade school. I am a huge sports nut!! I am passionate about my Cleveland Indians!! I also LOVE the Steelers. I'm a big fan of Terry Bradshaw! One of my biggest thrills was broadcasting from the Super Bowl in Detroit!!! I also enjoy the Michigan Wolverines….and a golf nut!
I love to run! I have ran in the Glass City Marathon, Cleveland marathon and most recently, the Flyin’ Pig Marathon in Cincinnati! You can usually find me on the links whenever I get the chance. If you are behind me, I will let you play through. I've been told by my 'close' friends that I'm a hack. But I won't let that stop me.
I've been in the broadcasting business for most of my adult life. I start my days at 2am and go live on 13abc from 4:30a-7:00am. Also during the ‘cut-in’ during Good Morning America from 7:00a-8:30am. After I’m done telling you where all the traffic problems are, I can be heard on Cumulus Broadcasting’s Classic Rock station, 94.5 XKR between 10 a.m.- 3 p.m. then Star 105-5 from 3p-7p.
On a quick ‘side-note’. If you are considering ANY type of photography…I would love to tell you about my experience with Derek Feniger. However, over the course of my 3 hour photo shoot, there are far too many great memories! I was very uncomfortable upon my arrival (I feel awkward about having pictures taken) but Derek assured me all would be fine. Within the first 30 minutes, I felt complete ease. Actually, after the first few ‘shots’. Derek’s professionlism was a TRUE blessing for me since I haven’t done any photography in quite some time. I will, however, be scheduling another photo shoot with my family. Derek is a professional in every sense of the word. Considerate, accommodating and genuine person and I can honestly say…working with Derek was completely MY pleasure!!
